An inclusive grouping of people who recognize the reality of Peak Oil and Climate Change, and develop the transition to a sustainable community, resilient in an uncertain future, where the quality of life in Louth is maintained and improved.

The aims of the group are: To raise awareness of the issues associated with the twin challenges of Peak Oil and Climate Change and the consequent need to develop a low carbon, sustainable future through ethical, social, cultural, economic, environmental and community action. To promote, encourage and support the development of education and research concerning areas affected by resource depletion.
